- Provide home health aide, skilled nursing and palliative care as part of a multidisciplinary team.

- Perform light housekeeping and home management tasks.
- Monitor vital signs and assist with medications as directed.
- Follow infection prevention protocol and PPE guidelines.
🎯 Requirements
- Have at least one year of work experience.
- Must be listed on the PA Aide Registry, active and in good standing.
- Demonstrate ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination.
- Have a criminal background check completed.
- Must have access to reliable transportation.
