Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections using metrology tools.
Inspect production hardware against CAD models, drawings, and specs.
Provide feedback to machine shop to improve quality.
Determine pass/fail status and document outcomes and non-conformances.
Collaborate with Engineering, Additive, and other departments to resolve issues.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years’ experience as a Quality Inspector.
Strong GD&T knowledge.
Ability to read drawings and ASME Y14.5 callouts.
Experience with metrology tools: calipers, micrometers, bore gauges.
CMM/PCMM experience with Verisurf or similar software.
AS9100/ISO9001 QMS experience.
