Perform complex inspections using standardized methods
In-process, visual and dimensional inspections of precision parts
Utilize PC-DMIS programming skills on DCC CMMs in a cross-functional environment
Create, maintain, and verify CMM programs for measurements

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency
2+ years of quality inspection experience
ISO 9001/AS9100 quality systems understanding
PC-DMIS software experience with DCC CMMs
Blueprint reading and GD&T (ASME Y14.5)
Layout inspection tools experience (surface plate, height gage, indicators, calipers, micrometers)
