🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in design and 1+ years CMF experience.
Mass production and manufacturing processes expertise.
Exceptional color acuity; pass Munsell Hue Color Test.
Proficient with 2D/3D tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender, KeyShot.
Strong portfolio and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Not remote/hybrid; relocation to Austin area; extended hours may be required.
