📋 Description

• Investigate and manage total loss auto claims to ensure fair, timely settlements.
• Evaluate valuations and documents to determine total loss status and settlement amount.
• Guide customers through total loss process with clear communication on settlements, titles, salvage.
• Negotiate settlements with customers and third parties, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors, adjusters, and other departments to resolve complex claims.
• Document claim activity accurately, upholding compliance and transparency.

🎯 Requirements

• Prior auto claims handling experience; total loss preferred.
• Knowledge of claims regulations, valuation processes, and settlements.
• Strong research, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication; explain processes without jargon.
• Experience with Blender, Copart, Mitchell and Google Workspace, Workday, Slack.
• College Degree; adjuster license required or obtainable within 3 months; remote work.
