📋 Description

• Investigate and process auto property damage claims, including theft/fire, per policy and laws
• Gather and evaluate police reports, records, and statements to determine legitimacy and liability
• Interview claimants and witnesses, explaining coverage in plain language
• Collaborate with legal counsel and teams to move complex claims forward quickly
• Maintain accurate records of all claim activity to stay compliant and transparent
• Contribute to team KPIs and continuous improvement; shapes customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years property damage claim-handling experience
• Working knowledge of insurance laws and regulations
• Strong analytical and critical thinking with clear written and verbal comm
• Comfort working independently and with a distributed team
• Proficiency with claims management software and Google Workspace
• License in good standing; we’ll help you get licensed within 3 months
• College degree or equivalent experience
• Ready to work in a remote environment
