- Evidence you’ve helped a platform grow by order of magnitude; explain what broke and why.
- Strong depth in service-oriented / microservice architectures, including orchestration patterns.
- Solid distributed-systems instincts: latency, caching, resilience, data flows.
- Fluency with modern infrastructure and deployment patterns, including Kubernetes/container orchestration and serverless.
- Experience designing and evolving authn/authz at scale; balancing security, usability, performance.
