What You'll Be Doing

• Build & Ship: Develop, test, and deploy user-facing features in Dart using Flutter, ensuring code reaches millions of users safely and efficiently.
• Craft Experiences: Design trustworthy, intuitive user interfaces that make complex financial operations feel effortless for our customers.
• Solve & Optimize: Investigate and resolve issues while continuously improving performance and scalability across our mobile ecosystem.
• Collaborate & Plan: Participate in feature planning, estimation, and scoping alongside product and design teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Mentor & Learn: Review pull requests, pair program with teammates, and contribute to our engineering culture of continuous improvement.

What You'll Need To Succeed

• AI-First Mindset: See AI as an extension of your thinking—fluent with tools like GPT and open-source LLMs, naturally integrating them into workflows to automate and amplify impact.
• Flutter Expertise: Have solid experience with mobile app development using Dart and Flutter Framework, with deep understanding of the widget system and lifecycle.
• Clean Code Advocate: Live by "Clean Code" principles from Uncle Bob, structuring your code following clean architecture patterns as second nature.
• SOLID Foundation: Apply SOLID principles daily, writing maintainable, testable, and scalable code that stands the test of time.
• State Management Master: Deep understanding of state control patterns like BloC, MobX, and Provider—knowing when and how to use each effectively.
• Testing Champion: Experience developing comprehensive Unit Tests and Integration tests in Flutter to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Ship Experience: Successfully developed and deployed Flutter applications to App Store or Google Play, understanding the full mobile release lifecycle.
• Design-Tech Bridge: Experience with Firebase tools and design platforms like Figma, Avocode, or Zeplin to seamlessly collaborate with designers.
• Native Background: Previous experience with native mobile development (iOS or Android) gives you deeper platform understanding.
• Global Communicator: Advanced English proficiency for effective collaboration within our international team environment.
