Work with CS Insights team to deliver analytics and operational support for Enterprise CS.
Deliver analyses across Enterprise CS OKRs and growth experiments.
Build, test, and maintain predictive models to identify risk and revenue.
Create dashboards with BI to track health, renewal risk, and engagement.
Design growth experiments to boost product adoption and usage.

🎯 Requirements

3-5 years in data analytics/science or insights in SaaS/CS.
Strong analytical/quantitative skills; translate data to insights.
SQL, Python, data modelling, and data viz; build datasets.
Cross-functional experience supporting exec reporting, churn, revenue insights.
Familiar with CS metrics: NRR, CSAT, NPS, CLTV.
Experience with A/B tests to measure CS impact.
