In this role, you’ll shape the experience developers and partners rely on to serve billions of optimized images daily — ensuring they’re fast, high-quality, and always ready for any device or channel.This is a senior product role, ideal for someone who thrives on deep technical challenges, leads through influence, and wants to have a big impact on products used by global brands. You will be reporting to the VP Product Management for Image & Video.
What you’ll do: Own theimage optimization and deliveryproduct area — from roadmap definition through launch and ongoing iterationDrive cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data, and Sales to deliver high-impact features at scalePartner with Strategy, Partnerships, and other product teams to ensure alignment across Cloudinary’s broader visionConduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisionsDefine and monitor product success through clear KPIs and analytics-driven decision makingAct as a key point of contact for customer-facing teams — equipping them with product insights, roadmaps, and positioningCollaborate closely with platform partners and channels to understand integration needs and opportunities What we’re looking for: 5+ years of product management experience in aSaaS or cloud-basedenvironmentA strong grasp of the product development lifecycle — from discovery to go-to-marketSolid understanding ofmedia performance, including concepts like image compression, responsive design, CDNs, and lazy loadingComfortable working onAPI-first productsand building for a developer audienceExceptional communication skills — equally fluent with engineers, executives, and external partnersProven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects and align multiple stakeholdersAnalytical mindset and experience using data to drive prioritization and iteration Nice to have: Exposure to or interest inmedia processing, performance optimization, or delivery infrastructureExperience working with OEMs, partners, or indirect channels
