🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role at a cloud or SaaS provider.
  • Hands-on web app dev experience, full-stack JS (React, Vue, Node.js, etc).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Customer-first mindset with patience and strong problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with AWS, GCP, Azure and common cloud services.
  • Strong knowledge of developer workflows (VCS, CI/CD, package managers, APIs).
  • Comfortable debugging code, checking logs, and testing APIs.
