Senior Payroll Analyst

📋 Description

• Own and manage day-to-day international payroll operations.
• Partner with HR to maintain accurate employee payroll data.
• Ensure timely and accurate off-cycle payments.
• Perform regular audits and reconciliations of payroll data.
• Prepare reports and ad-hoc analysis on payroll, headcount, benefits.
• Serve as primary contact for payroll inquiries.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent).
• 5+ years in international payroll operations.
• Strong understanding of payroll fundamentals, tax regs, and compliance.
• Experience with Workday and payroll vendor platforms.
• Familiarity with equity transactions, benefits, commissions, and withholding.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
