  • Own reporting and analytics for Renewals and BDR performance
  • Support sales leadership with data for QBRs and pipeline reviews
  • Maintain Salesforce data quality across opportunities, leads, contacts
  • Monitor funnel progression and identify conversion opportunities
  • Support sales productivity via reporting, process support, and tooling
  • Partner with Rev Ops, Marketing, Finance, and field sales ops

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in Sales Ops, Rev Ops, or GTM Operations
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with data-driven recommendations
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience (reporting, dashboards, data hygiene)
  • Experience supporting BDR and/or Renewals teams
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working with global teams; APAC experience preferred
