📋 Description

  • Facilitate onboarding, training, config for Revenue Management via video, phone, and email.
  • Guide customers through pricing guardrails, room hierarchy, and rate mapping.
  • Resolve inquiries and troubleshoot revenue data and marketing tools across channels.
  • Educate clients on AI-driven rate recommendations and analytics to drive adoption.
  • Manage onboarding for our Revenue Management System and RMS partners.
  • Build strong client relationships to promote self-sufficiency and long-term success.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in hospitality (Front Desk/Revenue Manager) or SaaS customer-facing.
  • Deep RMS expertise: dynamic pricing, forecasting, RevPAR, ADR, occupancy.
  • Experience with RMS and hospitality tech implementations.
  • Translate AI-driven concepts into clear business terms for clients.
  • Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, Booking.com Extranet, and CRM/Email marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business or Hospitality.
