🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant industry experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Clear communication with empathy and customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with proactive, organized skills.
  • Experience coaching clients and creating onboarding materials.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM preferred.
