🎯 Requirements
- 1+ year hospitality experience in Front Desk or Revenue Manager roles.
- 2+ years of relevant industry experience in customer-facing roles.
- Clear communication with empathy and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with proactive, organized skills.
- Experience coaching clients and creating onboarding materials.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM preferred.
