🎯 Requirements
- Fluency in English.
- Knowledge of Spanish if not the mother tongue.
- 3+ years in hospitality (Front Desk/Revenue) or 3+ years SaaS customer-facing.
- Excellent communication with empathy and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects or accounts with strong organizational skills.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM for activity tracking.
