🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR/Business Admin
- 3-4+ years HRBP/HR Manager or senior HR Generalist experience
- Experience with GTM/Strategy or CS/Onboarding; Spanish labor law, CBAs, EOR
- Excel skills; MS Office (Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication, cross-cultural and time-zone collaboration
- Workday experience is a strong plus
