This is a high-leverage revenue role. You’ll be the engine that drives B2B growth—building outbound strategies, locking in corporate housing deals, and deploying AI tools to scale faster than competitors.
Managers who only “coordinate” will not survive here. This role is for doers—hungry, persistent, and obsessed with action. Drive outbound pipeline to generate qualified B2B leads, closing with cycle times <30 days.
Secure 3+ new corporate housing partnerships per quarter, each ≥$25K projected revenue.
Implement 2+ new AI-driven workflows monthly for partner qualification, communication, or onboarding.
Boost lead volume 20% within 2 quarters via tools like ZoomInfo and AI enrichment.
Deploy automated onboarding using n8n or equivalent, ensuring partners go live without friction.
Generate proposals at scale via AI tools, cutting turnaround from days to hours.
Maintain CRM accuracy at 100%, delivering actionable insights to the CRO weekly.
Optimize outbound playbook continuously, raising close rate and velocity quarter over quarter.

Fluent English (near-native). Spanish is a plus.
Mastery of CRM and outbound tools (HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
Comfort with AI sales enablement: prompt engineering, workflow automation, proposal generation.
Evidence you’ve personally moved revenue KPIs before (be ready to walk through step by step).
