You will operate the Q→A→Module→Clip→Carousel system that transforms community questions into published proof.
Your value is posting volume, cycle time, and calendar health.
If you can’t show you’ve run tools, enforced cadence, and shipped at scale before, don’t apply.
Run the Marketing Machine checklist: scrape Q&A, tag, sort, deploy best performers as organic/ads.
Maintain a proof library (modules, clips, carousels) that’s versioned and searchable.
Own automations: ClickUp statuses, SLA timers, reminders; scheduler queues; dashboards.
Post daily across YouTube, LinkedIn, Skool. Zero misses.
Repurpose every long-form into ≥3 derivatives.
Maintain 14 days of scheduled content at all times.
Monitor dashboards: throughput, cycle time, repurpose ratio, calendar health, data hygiene.
Throughput: X posts/week shipped across channels.
Cycle Time: Q→A→Published ≤ 72h median.
Calendar Health: 14 days scheduled, always.
Repurpose Ratio: ≥ 3 derivatives per long-form.
Data Hygiene: 100% links/tags valid; dashboards updated daily.
Rule of 100: 100 minutes/day on production/scheduling OR 100 publishing actions. No zero days.
Open-to-Goal: Day ends only when post targets are shipped. Not “in progress.” Shipped.
3–5 years in content ops or marketing execution (not ideas—proof).
Built and enforced editorial calendars with measurable throughput.
Fluency in tools: ClickUp, Skool, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn scheduler, analytics dashboards.
AI fluency: proven use of AI for editing, repurposing, and automation.
Evidence of reducing cycle time and increasing output volume.
