This is a keystone engineering role. You will build the AI automation engine that encodes Cloud9’s operating playbook into software. Your code will replace human ops at scale—guest screening, pricing, communication, detection.

Engineer automation that drives ops coverage from <70% → 90%+ in 6 months.
Build and ship guest screening, dynamic pricing, AI comms, and problem detection across 15 buildings.
Reduce manual ops intervention to <2 hrs/week per building.
Orchestrate workflows using n8n, LangChain, HubSpot, APIs, and Fluency + Cursor.
Prove accuracy: ≥95% guest approval accuracy vs. human baseline.
Optimize performance: <100ms response time at 10x load.
Ship 90%+ of sprint commitments on-time and working.
Maintain <2% bug rate post-release.
Ensure ≥80% of issues are caught via monitoring, not user reports.
Drive automation margin up, protecting Cloud9’s profitability.
Ops automation ≥90% coverage, sustained.
Cloud9 portfolio fully migrated to platform by Month 6.
NPS ≥70, guest scores ≥4.8.
API <100ms at 10x load validated against benchmark tests.
