Drive CAC:LTV > 1:3 through optimized acquisition campaigns.
Sustain 40%+ direct bookings by owning direct channel strategies.
Launch 2+ AI-powered content automations monthly that measurably improve pipeline efficiency.
Execute 1+ major A/B or multivariate test monthly, with results shipped into production.
Build and scale 80%+ content automation coverage, ensuring high-quality personalized assets across channels.
Increase repeat guest bookings by 20% via loyalty and re-engagement campaigns.
Elevate brand sentiment to >4.8 across major review platforms.
Deploy predictive analytics to continuously cut CAC and identify high-value guest segments.
