- Strong Linux, networking, and cloud infrastructure fundamentals.
- Understanding backups, replication, indexing, and performance tuning.
- Troubleshooting across app, database, and infrastructure layers; customer-focused.
- Kubernetes experience and IaC tools like Terraform, Helm, Ansible preferred.
