- Drive cross-functional orchestration to implement processes and resolve issues.
- Build and run operating cadence for cloud with KPIs, dashboards, and reviews.
π― Requirements
- 8+ years in GTM Strategy & Operations at high-growth tech with partner/ecosystem experience.
- Deep hyperscaler experience building/co-sell and marketplace motions; AWS preferred.
- Strong understanding of cloud GTM: co-sell, marketplace, governance, forecasting.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives that changed selling, forecasting, or ops.
- Excellent systems thinking; translate ambiguous goals into scalable processes and tooling.
- Experience building and leading globally distributed teams; strategic advisor.
