  • Partner with Head of Cloud GTM Alliances and cross-functional teams to shape cloud co-sell motions.
  • Translate evolving partnership & go-to-market plans into rules of engagement, workflows, governance, and activation plans.
  • Serve as SME on hyperscaler co-sell, marketplace, and cloud programs; advise on scale decisions.
  • Stand up and evolve the operating model for cloud opportunity management and marketplace workflows.
  • Drive cross-functional orchestration to implement processes and resolve issues.
  • Build and run operating cadence for cloud with KPIs, dashboards, and reviews.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in GTM Strategy & Operations at high-growth tech with partner/ecosystem experience.
  • Deep hyperscaler experience building/co-sell and marketplace motions; AWS preferred.
  • Strong understanding of cloud GTM: co-sell, marketplace, governance, forecasting.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives that changed selling, forecasting, or ops.
  • Excellent systems thinking; translate ambiguous goals into scalable processes and tooling.
  • Experience building and leading globally distributed teams; strategic advisor.
