Cloud Security Architect

📋 Description

• Cloud security SME advising on architecture, exposure, and risk reduction.
• Lead AWS/Azure security maturity and exposure assessments.
• Evaluate CSPM/CASB tools (Orca, Wiz) to prioritize risk.
• Design IAM and PAM with Okta and Delinea.
• Remediate cloud security gaps: identity, access, logging, monitoring.
• Communicate findings to technical teams and executives.
• Mentor consulting teams on secure cloud delivery.
• Evolve Credera cloud security methodologies.
• Support business development by identifying security opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years designing, assessing, or securing cloud environments.
• Deep IAM experience (Okta) and identity-centric security.
• Direct CASB/CSPM tooling experience (Orca, Wiz).
• Experience securing workloads in AWS and/or Azure.
• Understand identity sprawl, misconfig, excessive permissions, workload exposure.
• Lead cloud security assessments and remediation prioritization.
• Translate tech issues into business impact and value.
• Strong communication with executives and engineering teams.
• Mentor others and grow cloud security capability in consulting.
• Contribute to business cases, client proposals, and growth.

Certifications (Baseline / Preferred)

• AWS Certified Security – Specialty (AWS SCS)
• Microsoft Azure Security Engineer Associate
• Additional cloud or security certifications (CISSP, CCSP) are a plus
