๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Own and manage tickets related to sales support requests.
  • Run discovery sessions and communicate with Advisors and Customers to qualify the best solution for their needs.
  • Leverage the AppDirect Marketplace and internal tools to identify optimal provider products and solutions aligned with customer requirements.
  • Deliver a best-in-class customer experience throughout the full quote-to-fulfillment lifecycle, meeting defined SLAs.
  • Manage deal registrations, discount approvals, quoting processes, and provider orders within the AppDirect Marketplace.
  • Execute all marketplace fulfillment operations, including provisioning with providers and resolving pending events to ensure timely delivery.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience in Business or Information Technology or related fields.
  • 1+ years of experience in quoting and ordering operational support, with expertise in cloud services.
  • 1+ years of experience in procuring and managing SaaS & IaaS technology subscriptions.
  • Proficiency with Google G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Hubspot.com, and various business software applications (Zendesk, Jira, Asana, SmartSheet).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle high volumes of quotes and orders, while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders, customers, and external providers.
