Lead and grow a frontend and backend engineering team to high performance
Drive execution of the Cloud Platform roadmap with clear priorities
Partner with product and design to translate needs into UI/API experiences
Stay close to the code; contribute to architecture and raise the technical bar
Own the Cloud Platform control plane architecture for performance and scale
Collaborate with other teams to define APIs/services and deliver product features

🎯 Requirements

5–10+ years building and shipping customer-facing apps
1–3+ years leading or managing engineers
Strong hands-on with Kubernetes, Go, OpenAPI, Temporal, React
Proven ability to deliver high-quality production services
Experience translating product requirements into scalable solutions
Understanding of performance, security, and scalability in microservices
Experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Familiarity with API design and integration
