- Provide L2/L3 application support for complex, multi-tier applications.
- Monitor and manage performance using AppDynamics and Dynatrace.
- Troubleshoot across cloud and on-prem environments to resolve performance/availability issues.
- Manage containerized apps deployed in Kubernetes environments.
- Support AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, ELB, VPC, VPN) and OS-level troubleshooting (Windows & Linux).
- Investigate networking and load balancer issues affecting performance.
🎯 Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Application/Production Support.
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis; multi-tier apps (2/3-tier).
- APM tools: AppDynamics, Dynatrace.
- AWS; Kubernetes and containerized apps.
- Middleware (Tomcat/WebLogic/WebSphere) and databases (SQL/Oracle/Postgres/Cassandra).
- Scripting (Shell, Python, Ansible, PowerShell, Perl, Ruby).
