Cloud Operations Engineer I (Second Shift)

📋 Description

• Monitor Linux systems, databases, and networks for performance issues
• Triage incidents, resolve or escalate per SLA
• Monitor software and network security on team managed servers
• Configure and maintain server auditing and network monitoring tools
• Develop and implement performance tuning for apps, systems, and networks
• Provide timely, professional customer support by phone or email
• Maintain and expand technical documentation of processes and procedures
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation
• Participate in cloud-based server administration
• Perform light Bash, PHP, and Python scripting
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Jamf products
• Other duties and special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year IT operations experience (Required)
• 1 year Systems Administration experience (Required)
• 1 year Linux/Unix CLI and shell scripting (Required)
• Strong prioritization and incident response skills (Required)
• 2-year/Associates degree (Required)
• Bachelor's degree (4-year) preferred
• Combination of experience and education may be considered
• US citizen located in the U.S. required
