📋 Description

• Coordinate with a global Cloud Operations team to ensure uptime.
\n
• Scale the worldwide Cloud Operations team with new processes.
\n
• Scope, design and deploy systems to reduce MTTR.
\n
• Monitor and detect incidents on Atlas; assist resolution.
\n
• Automate routine monitoring and troubleshooting tasks.
\n
• Diagnose live incidents; differentiate platform vs usage issues.
\n
• Document troubleshooting workflows and SOPs.
\n
• Coordinate weekly on-call with West Coast hours.
\n

🎯 Requirements

\n
• On-call DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Operations engineer (2+ years); US Citizen
\n
• Linux system administration, configuration, troubleshooting
\n
• Monitoring, performance data collection and analysis
\n
• Knowledge of database operations and concepts
\n
• AWS and other Cloud platforms (GCP, Azure)
\n
• One of Java, Go, Python, Javascript
\n
