- Document incidents and assist in building the Cloud Managed Services knowledge base.
- Install and upgrade Neo4j infrastructure for Cloud Managed Service customers.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of cloud infrastructure admin experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience with Linux (RedHat/CentOS/Amazon Linux).
- Significant AWS/GCP/Azure cloud experience.
- Fluency in Linux environments.
- Desirable: Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, Prometheus.
