  • Identity management: Azure Entra ID and on-prem AD.
  • Incident resolution across Azure and vSphere; patching and network issues.

  • 1+ years of systems admin or desktop support exp (MSP preferred).
  • Desktop tools: ScreenConnect, LogMeIn, Kaseya, ConnectWise.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 admin center knowledge.
  • Analytical skills to analyze logs and root causes.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish communication.
  • Networking basics: VPNs, firewalls, basic troubleshooting.
