📋 Description

• Design, deliver, and improve onboarding for Closers.
• Create structured onboarding and long-term development.
• Build and facilitate skill-building sessions on mortgage closing.
• Conduct skill assessments to identify gaps and develop plans.
• Partner with Operations to align training with production standards.
• Create and refine training materials, docs, and job aids.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years mortgage processing across multiple loan types.
• 1+ years in training, coaching, onboarding, or development.
• Experience in high-volume, deadline-driven mortgage ops.
• Strong understanding of mortgage operations processes.
• Experience creating and delivering structured training materials.
