Reconcile accounts before period close (bank reconciliations, accruals, prepaids)
Reconcile intercompany transactions
Reclassify and adjust accounts; complete related reports on time
Complete tax return work; prepare and file tax reports
Generate BS and P&L at period end; assist analysis
Support audit requests

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; 8+ years preferred
CPA required; solid accounting knowledge and process
Strong communication and coordination skills; team oriented
Ability to work under pressure with integrity and professionalism
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and finance software
NetSuite/ERP experience is a plus
