Clinician Scientist

📋 Description

• Develop AI-driven clinical tools across notes, risk adjustment, CDS, and prior authorizations.
• Define clinically meaningful outputs with error rates and quality thresholds.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and clinicians to integrate insights into AI models.
• Write, review, and optimize prompts to improve AI model performance.
• Build evaluation tools for medical documentation quality, including hallucination checks.
• Translate clinical needs into technical specs and data models.

🎯 Requirements

• MD/PA/DO (or equivalent) with direct clinical practice.
• Deep understanding of medical documentation, workflows, and terminology.
• Ability to evaluate AI-generated clinical notes and guide improvements.
• Knowledge of healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7) and HIPAA privacy rules.
• Hands-on clinical data validation and quality assessment.
• Experience collaborating with engineers and product teams to build AI tools.
