📋 Description

• Develop AI-driven clinical documentation tools using clinical expertise and prompt engineering.
• Assess and validate AI-generated medical documentation; provide structured feedback.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, clinicians to integrate insights into AI models.
• Write, review, and optimize prompts to improve AI model performance in clinical contexts.
• Build and refine evaluation tools for medical documentation quality.
• Apply software engineering, ML, and NLP to enhance model development and healthcare applications.

🎯 Requirements

• MD, DO or equivalent with clinical practice experience.
• Background in CS, software engineering, ML, NLP, data science, or informatics.
• Deep understanding of medical documentation, workflows, terminology.
• Ability to evaluate AI-generated notes and provide structured feedback.
• Knowledge of healthcare data standards (FHIR/HL7) and HIPAA.
• Hands-on clinical data validation and quality assessment experience.
