📋 Description

• Own end-to-end clinician onboarding from session delivery to activation.
• Drive >90% clinician satisfaction and >70% activation within 14 days.
• Facilitate group and 1:1 onboarding sessions for confidence.
• Partner with Clinical Success Managers to align onboarding workflows.
• Identify and implement three onboarding improvements per quarter.
• Own and maintain clinician onboarding materials (guides, videos, FAQs).
• Manage onboarding tools and scheduling (Zoom Events) with zero failures.
• Introduce at least one new automation or tool every six months.
• Support two enterprise workflow coaching initiatives per quarter.
• Maintain clear onboarding plans and outcomes for scalable success.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in onboarding, training, customer success, or clinician education.
• Proven track record enabling clinician adoption with measurable outcomes.
• Skilled facilitator for group and 1:1 onboarding sessions.
• Translate complex workflows into simple, actionable guidance.
• Organized and operationally sharp with multiple workstreams.
• Proactive process improver who implements solutions.
• Comfortable testing new tools for scalable onboarding.
• Thrive in cross-functional CS, Implementation, and clinical teams.
• Collaborative, low-ego, focused on clinician success.
• Comfortable in fast-moving startup environments.
