🎯 Requirements
- Qualified physical therapist – active or recently practicing
- Strong clinical judgment across musculoskeletal exercises
- Comfortable with high-volume, repetitive assessment work
- Strong attention to detail and consistent scoring
- English fluency (guidelines and feedback in English)
- Reliable internet and a computer; comfortable with web-based tools (training provided)
