Clinical Trial Manager/ Senior Clinical Trial Manager

📋 Description

• Lead planning, conduct, and oversight of operational portions of clinical studies per scope.
• Primary clinical point of contact with the client.
• Develop study documents (clinical plans, ICF templates, CRF guidelines, manuals, trackers).
• Identify training needs for CRAs and vendors; present at Investigator Meetings.
• Generate site lists and drive site feasibility process.
• Manage submissions/approvals to authorities and IRB/Ethics Committees with regulatory teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years clinical research experience with significant monitoring.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally including overnight stays.
• Proficiency with MS Office; experience with CTMS/eTMF is a plus.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
