🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a science/health field; advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years in clinical research with strong monitoring experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Mastery of ICH-GCP, SOPs, and regulatory guidance
