Manage clinical trial elements across sites: start-up, enrolment, monitoring, close-out.
Lead trials to successful execution and milestone delivery.
Coordinate regulatory docs and ongoing oversight with cross-functional teams.
Mentor and train team members to uphold quality.
Identify risks to timelines and develop action plans with sponsor.
Lead CRAs as they build site relationships for quality oversight.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science/health; oncology experience.
Experience leading clinical aspects across multiple countries in CRO/Pharma as clinical lead.
Working knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and the clinical development process.
Willingness for domestic and international travel, including overnight stays.
Excellent English communication.
MS Office, MS Project, PowerPoint; CTMS, eTMF, EDC, IXRS skills.
