Manage clinical elements of a trial, including site start-up, enrolment, and close-out
Execute trials successfully and ensure deliverables are met
Coordinate regulatory docs and oversight with cross-functional teams
Mentor and train team members
Identify timeline risks and propose action plans
Lead CRAs to establish site relationships and oversight
Maintain team focus via cross-functional partnerships and clear communication

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science or health field, oncology experience
Experience leading multicountry clinical trials in CRO/Pharma/biotech
Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and clinical development
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
Excellent English communication
MS Office, MS Project, PowerPoint; CTMS, eTMF, EDC, IXRS
Strong relationship-building with internal/external teams
Understanding medical terminology and trial activities
ICH-GCP mastery and regulatory guidance knowledge
