- Lead planning, conduct and oversight of trials per protocol and ICH-GCP.
- Ensure studies comply with SOPs, ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate monthly invoicing and budget variance with PM.
- Develop study documents (plans, ICF templates, manuals, CRF guidelines).
- Drive site feasibility and country recruitment/retention strategy.
- Lead internal clinical team meetings and set expectations for CRAs/CTAs.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in science/health; advanced degree preferred.
- 5-8 years clinical research experience with monitoring; Oncology (Phase I) in AU preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and customer service demeanor.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays.
