📋 Description

  • Proactively source, engage, and nurture passive SLP and clinician candidates.
  • Develop outreach messaging, sequencing, and engagement strategies.
  • Maintain CRM/ATS docs and pipeline visibility for data quality.
  • Partner with TA Specialists for smooth candidate handoffs.
  • Monitor pipeline health and sourcing KPIs for improvement.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, Healthcare Admin, or related field; or equivalent.
  • 5+ years Talent Acquisition experience; 2–3 years proactive/passive sourcing.
  • Experience sourcing licensed clinicians (e.g., SLPs) across markets.
  • Experience building outbound sourcing messaging, sequencing, and pipeline mgmt.
  • Experience mentoring or leading a sourcer/recruiter.
  • Strong data/KPIs to drive sourcing performance.
  • Experience in high-growth, multi-state, or remote environments.
  • ATS/CRM proficiency (Ashby or similar).
  • LinkedIn Recruiter expertise and boolean search skills.
  • Comfort with outreach automation and sequencing tools.
  • Ability to build dashboards/reports using ATS analytics or Sheets/Excel.
  • Knowledge of healthcare credentialing and licensure.
  • High attention to detail in documentation and data accuracy.
