🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, Healthcare Admin, or related field; or equivalent.
- 5+ years Talent Acquisition experience; 2–3 years proactive/passive sourcing.
- Experience sourcing licensed clinicians (e.g., SLPs) across markets.
- Experience building outbound sourcing messaging, sequencing, and pipeline mgmt.
- Experience mentoring or leading a sourcer/recruiter.
- Strong data/KPIs to drive sourcing performance.
- Experience in high-growth, multi-state, or remote environments.
- ATS/CRM proficiency (Ashby or similar).
- LinkedIn Recruiter expertise and boolean search skills.
- Comfort with outreach automation and sequencing tools.
- Ability to build dashboards/reports using ATS analytics or Sheets/Excel.
- Knowledge of healthcare credentialing and licensure.
- High attention to detail in documentation and data accuracy.
