📋 Description

  • Explain clinical programs (medication adherence, MTM) and schedule telephonic/video appointments.
  • Document all interactions and outcomes accurately in Arine’s software.
  • Meet individual and team metrics for outreach, engagement, and outcomes.
  • Escalate potential medication-related issues to a pharmacist.
  • Provide patient-centric support and respond to inquiries professionally.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences preferred; healthcare cert preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; customer service focus.
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment; reliable and accountable.
  • Knowledge of basic medical terminology and medication names.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace and Mac; Slack/Five9 experience.
  • Comfort learning new clinical software; team player; can work independently.
