Clinical Supervisor – Pediatric Home Care

📋 Description

• Lead and supervise RNs, LPNs, and field staff to deliver high-quality care.
• Manage day-to-day clinical operations, including patient assignments and caseload oversight.
• Perform initial patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care with physicians and families.
• Conduct supervisory home visits to ensure adherence to care plans and regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor clinical documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and CMS/state/regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and support smooth patient transitions; participate in care conferences.

🎯 Requirements

• RN with a valid state license (required).
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience.
• Prior experience in clinical supervision or nurse management is a plus but not required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel locally for home visits and supervisory duties.
• Trach/vent experience or interest in learning.
