Clinical Supervisor- Part Time (AZ)

📋 Description

• Provide weekly individual and group supervision per standards
• Review treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical docs
• Ensure ethical, high-quality, evidence-based care
• Maintain a small, active caseload
• Model person-centered, culturally responsive therapy
• Demonstrate documentation excellence and QA standards

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced clinical degree (LCSW-C or LCPC) with AZ licensure
• 4+ years post-master’s clinical experience
• 2+ years leadership experience
• Experience with virtual healthcare strategy or systems-level change
• Proven success launching digital clinical initiatives (supervision platforms)
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid documentation, compliance, and accreditation
