Clinical Supervisor- Part Time (AZ)

📋 Description

• Provide weekly individual and group supervision aligned with standards
• Review and approve treatment plans, progress notes, and documentation
• Ensure ethical, high-quality, evidence-based care delivery
• Maintain a small, active caseload (in-person and telehealth)
• Lead resident orientation, workshops, and ongoing training
• Support clinicians in developing professional identity and ethical decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced clinical degree (LCSW-C or LCPC) with unrestricted AZ licensure
• Willingness to pursue additional cross-licensure
• 4+ years post-master’s clinical experience
• 2+ years leadership experience
• Experience in virtual healthcare strategy or systems-level behavioral health transformation
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid documentation standards, compliance, and accreditation
