Clinical Supervisor- Part Time

📋 Description

• Provide weekly supervision to residents and pre-licensed clinicians.
• Review treatment plans and clinical documentation for quality.
• Ensure adherence to state licensure and CARF standards.
• Maintain a small caseload for direct client care.
• Lead, mentor, and train residents in the Residency Program.
• Promote clinical excellence across in-person and telehealth.

🎯 Requirements

• Maryland LCSW-C or LCPC license with no restrictions.
• 4+ years post-master’s clinical experience.
• 2+ years leadership experience.
• Experience with virtual healthcare strategy.
• Experience launching tech-enabled clinical initiatives.
• Medicaid documentation standards and accreditation knowledge.
