Clinical Supervisor- Part Time

📋 Description

• Provide weekly individual and group supervision per standards
• Review and approve treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical documentation
• Ensure ethical, high-quality, evidence-based care delivery
• Maintain a small caseload to model best practices
• Lead resident orientation, workshops, and ongoing training
• Collaborate with Residency Program leadership and Compliance teams

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced clinical degree (LCSW-C or LCPC) with Maryland licensure
• 4+ years post-master’s clinical experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Experience in virtual care strategy and systems-level behavioral health
• Demonstrated success launching tech-enabled or digital clinical initiatives
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid documentation, compliance, and accreditation
