Provide weekly individual and group supervision aligned with state and CARF standards
Review and approve treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical documentation
Maintain a small caseload while modeling best practices in direct care
Promote clinical excellence across in-person and telehealth services
Support residents and pre-licensed clinicians with professional development

🎯 Requirements

Advanced clinical degree (LCSW-C or LCPC) with Illinois licensure
4+ years of post-master’s clinical experience
2+ years of leadership experience
Experience with Medicaid documentation standards and CARF accreditation processes
Experience delivering supervision via telehealth and in-person services
Willingness to pursue additional cross-licensure
